Wine and food pairing at Domaine Tarbouriech

It's summer
long live rosé

By the pool or at the Pool House, Domaine Tarbouriech’s summer restaurant, discover our subtle pairings designed with Listel Grain de Gris.

A clear, pale orange colour, a subtle, slightly aromatic nose with notes of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry), elegant freshness and a hint of acidity. Enjoy this rosé by the pool at Domaine Tarbouriech with fresh fruit, pastries or a seasonal sorbet.

The Listel terroir owes its entire identity to the Mediterranean Sea: a dry, hot climate moderated by the hygrometric influence of the sea and refreshing sea breezes. A soil of sand and earth blown in by the sea breeze.

The name Listel originated in the early 15th century, when traces of vines were found on the “Ile de Stel”. It was in 1883 that Salins du Midi, owners of large stretches of beach, decided to develop a vineyard capable of thriving in sandy soil.

Summer flavours

Our summer menu gives pride of place to summer vegetables and fruit. Whether it’s a simple salad of sun-drenched tomatoes from our garden or, as here, Focaccia with virgin olive oil, artichoke tapenade and preserved tomatoes, pesto rosso and strips of beef ham, rosé reveals all the flavours of our Mediterranean cuisine. A light, refreshing combination.

Oysters and Rosé
Dare to agree

You’re a rosé afficionado and you’re afraid of crossing the Rubicon by pairing it with oysters. However, the minerality of some rosé wines goes wonderfully well with the iodine of oysters.
