Discover these innovative tables that are the heart of “La Marée Solaire”, the patented farming method that makes Tarbouriech oysters so special. Explore the Thau lagoon and enjoy the authenticity of the region. Privatization visit possible all year round at 260 €. Maximum of 12 people. Visit of the production farmhouse to understand how it works from calibration to shipping.
Accompanied by a guide, the visit of the MEDITHAU production farm in privatization is at the price of 200 €

Walk along wild trails between vineyards and the Thau lagoon. This refreshing stroll will take you to the St Barths and its endless pontoon, stretched between the water and the sky. A Robinson’s hut, a wild beach where we’ve set up a terrace… Then you’ll discover our tasting room, Le St Barth’, a piece of the world, a paradise and the cradle of our family. Bicycles are available for self-service at Domaine Tarbouriech

Learn how to taste oysters in the same way as you would a vintage wine. Have fun comparing Tarbouriech special oysters and Bouzigues oysters, always accompanied by a glass of picpoul de pinet white wine, a grape variety unique to the Thau Lagoon.
