When the summer days are here, the Pool House, the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant, takes over at lunchtime, next to the garden and swimming pool. Enjoy simple, casual cooking, with a focus on fresh, local products.
Seafood platter, biodynamically grown garden tomatoes, Saint-Pierre tartare, savoury foccacia, fish and meats of the day grilled a la plancha.
