Situated between Montpellier and Béziers, on the banks of the Etang de Thau opposite Sète, this former 18th-century Folie and its cellar house fifteen rooms and suites, a lush garden, a 25-meter swimming pool, two restaurants and a biodynamic vegetable garden.

Boudoir ambience for this 48 m² suite with its open bathroom featuring a 17th century copper bathtub and Italian shower nestled in the tower.
Legend has it that Casanova stayed close to the estate when he visited Languedoc for an oyster cure…

Nacre Suite
A large 55m² suite with double bath and walk-in shower in the tower and private terrace (12m²) overlooking the garden, pool, vineyards and lagoon in the distance. The light and energy of the South cradle a contemporary decoration.
A “pearly” atmosphere harmony of whites for precious relaxation, in a setting of old stones.

First floor of 13th-century barn with sagne roof, stone floor, rough-cast concrete walls and old beams.
From 50 to 65 m², terraces: 15 to 20 m², crossing, view over vineyards and courtyard, island bath and Italian shower.

A spacious 23m² bedroom with an open-plan bathroom featuring a bathtub and walk-in shower, and a 10m² private terrace overlooking the vineyards. Following in the footsteps of the third President of the United States, set off in search of the region’s industrial and innovative past. Experience the pioneering spirit of the Canal du Midi in a loft-style setting.

Japan Room
A 26 m² room where Japanese elegance blends with Mediterranean art of living. A special feature of the Japan room is the large Japanese-style bath opening onto a 36m² terrace tucked away in an island of greenery. On the other side, a shower room with walk-in shower completes the layout. Stone and burnt wood prepare the way for meditative relaxation between vineyards and lagoon.

Gastronomy, oyster and seafood tasting counters overlooking the lagoon or seasonal products simply cooked and served in the heart of the establishment’s garden, by the pool, Maison Tarbouriech caters to your every whim, with a splendid setting where nature and the Mediterranean predominate.
