General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h2>

1. Purpose<\/b><\/h2>

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between Domaine Tarbouriech and the customer for any reservation or service offered by Domaine Tarbouriech, the restaurant La Folie, the Ostreatherapie spa and the ancillary facilities (swimming pool, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

Group and event offers are governed by specific general terms and conditions of sale which are sent with the quotes by our sales department.<\/span><\/p>

It should be noted that there is no right of withdrawal applicable when purchasing leisure services on a specific date <\/span><\/p>

2. Booking<\/b><\/h2>

2.1 Booking terms<\/b><\/h3>

Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone or directly at the reception. All bookings become effective upon receipt of written confirmation by the establishment. <\/span><\/p>

2.2 Pre-contractual information<\/b><\/p>

The Client acknowledges that he or she has been informed, prior to placing an order and\/or concluding the contract, in a legible and comprehensible manner, of these general and special terms and conditions of sale and of all the information listed in Article L. 221-5 of the Consumer Code.<\/span><\/p>

2.3 Children<\/b><\/p>

Accommodation: <\/span><\/p>

Possibility to install a cot free of charge (0 to 3 years old).<\/span><\/p>

From 3 to 12 years old a supplement of 45\u20ac per child is applicable and includes the extra bed and breakfast.<\/span><\/p>

Above 12 years old the adult supplement rates apply: 112\u20ac including the extra bed and breakfast.<\/span><\/p>

Spa:<\/span><\/p>

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and their access to certain facilities (hammam, sauna, etc.) or treatments may be restricted.<\/span><\/p>

2.4 Animals<\/b><\/p>

Pets are allowed, for an extra charge of \u20ac20 per night, but access to the restaurant, swimming pool and treatment area is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>

Animals must remain on a leash when moving within the public space of Domaine Tarbouriech and owners are responsible for any potential damage as well as the collection of their pets’ droppings.<\/span><\/p>

2.5 Parking<\/b><\/p>

Free outdoor parking with electric charging stations at no extra charge.<\/span><\/p>

2.6 Internet access<\/b><\/p>

Domaine Tarbouriech offers free WIFI access allowing the Customer to connect to the Internet. The Client undertakes to ensure that the computer resources made available to it are not used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a related right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, etc. audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when such authorisation is required. The Client is required to comply with the security policy of Domaine Tarbouriech’s internet service provider, including the rules for the use of security means implemented in order to prevent the illicit use of computer resources, and to refrain from any act that undermines the effectiveness of these means. If the Client does not comply with the above-mentioned obligations, it may be accused of an infringement offence (Article L.335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code), punishable by a fine of three hundred thousand (300,000) euros and three (3) years’ imprisonment. <\/span><\/p>

2.7 Booking guarantee<\/b><\/p>

To guarantee the stay, the reservation must be confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the entire stay (unless there is a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer for which full prepayment is required). The booking confirmation will be sent after confirmation of the direct debit granted by the bank. Upon arrival, the guest will be asked to present a credit card as a guarantee as well as an identity document. <\/span><\/p>

2.8 Cancellation conditions<\/b><\/h3>

Any cancellation, even partial, must be expressed in writing. No cancellation of stay will be taken into account by phone call. <\/span><\/p>
